Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before visiting the farm or booking llamas for your event. Still wondering about something? Call (903) 530-8433.

What should I bring to the farm?

We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes as you will be in a pasture environment. Comfortable clothes, sunscreen and a camera are also great ideas. We provide all the llama treats.

Can I pet the llamas?

Absolutely. Our llamas are socialized and used to people. We will show you the best way to approach and pet them so it is a happy experience for you and the animal.

Can I feed the llamas?

Yes. We provide special llama treats during your visit, and our guides will show you how to feed them safely.

How long does the experience last?

Standard farm visits typically last about 60 to 90 minutes. That gives you plenty of time to learn about the herd, feed them and take lots of photos. Private events and yoga sessions may vary in length.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All visits are by appointment only, so every group gets a personal, uncrowded experience and the animals are never rushed.

Are children allowed to interact with the llamas?

Yes, children are welcome. We ask that all children be supervised by an adult at all times. Our llamas are gentle, but safety is our top priority for guests and animals alike.

Is the farm wheelchair accessible?

Most of our main viewing areas are accessible, but pasture terrain can be uneven. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

What kind of events can I book?

Private farm tours, birthday parties, educational sessions, field trips, llama yoga, weddings and elopements, and pop-up appearances at festivals, senior centers and community events.

Do you bring llamas to off-site events?

Yes. We travel across East Texas to weddings, backyard parties, schools, festivals, senior centers and more.

Where is the farm?

We are at 15453 Highway 155 South, Tyler, TX 75703, just south of Tyler. Visits are by appointment only, so please call or send a request before coming out.
